It is designed for YATO YG-00390 / YG-00391 / YG-00392 / YG-00393 GN containers.

Made of the highest quality PC polycarbonate, which is characterized by very high strength and resistance to mechanical damage, ensuring a very long service life.

They are intended for professional use in restaurants, bars and mass catering establishments. Thanks to drainers inserted into GN containers, water from wet products flows to the bottom of the container, and the products are isolated from it. This way they stay fresh longer.

Their unique properties allow them to be used in refrigeration or freezing conditions at temperatures down to - 40 degrees C. They are also ideal for use in the range of higher temperatures, up to 99 degrees C. Thanks to this, they can be used to store hot dishes. However, they are not intended for use in bain maries or combi steamers.

YATO drip trays have a very smooth surface, which makes them easy to clean and keep clean. It is also possible to wash in dishwashers. They do not absorb odors or flavors, so after washing they can be used to store other products.

Particular attention was paid to details such as rounded corners or smooth edges, which ensure a high level of safety and hygiene of use.
