WEICONLOCK AN 302-42, Threadlock, 50 ml CHARACTERISTICS: Specially designed for the economical securing, fastening and sealing of screws, nuts and threads. WEICONLOCK AN 302-42 is a medium-viscosity, medium-strength threadlocker with dosing tip. The screw locking agent hardens quickly and can be dismantled normally. Thanks to the dosing tip and the patented WEICON Pen System, the adhesive can be optimally dispensed. After only 10-20 minutes the metal adhesive hardens and achieves best results. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Then mount and tighten the parts. For sealing applications, apply WEICONLOCK annularly to the thread. Do not pour WEICONLOCK back into the bottle if it has already come into contact with metal. Even the smallest metal particles cause hardening in the bottle. The use of dosing devices is therefore recommended for series production. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the sealed original containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK liquid.
