We warranty Yato Hand Tools to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product. Limitations apply.

Speedex Tools will replace any Yato hand tool that fails to properly work during the lifetime of the original purchaser. If an identical item is not available as a replacement, Speedex Tools reserves the right to substitute a substantially similar item in its place. Speedex Tools reserves the right to deny any claims if the customer is found to be abusing the replacement warranty. Proof of purchase from Speedex, such as an invoice, may be required.

Product Category Exclusions and Limitations

Pneumatic Tools: Yato Pneumatic Tools are warranted for 6 months from date of purchase.

Consumables:

• Power Tools Accessories are not covered under this lifetime warranty.
• Sandpaper, Tapes and similar consumable products are not covered under this lifetime warranty.
• Paint Brushes and Rollers are not covered under this lifetime warranty.

Yato Power Tools and Power Equipment Warranty

Yato Power Tools and Equipment including Generators, Welding Machines, Pressure Washers, and Compressors are warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase. Yato 18V batteries are warrantied for 6 months.

If the tool becomes defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within the warranty period, Speedex Tools will repair it free of charge.

Exclusions: misuse, abuse, storage damage, accidents, unauthorized repairs, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or lack of maintenance.

Disclaimer: Speedex is not liable for injury, property damage, or consequential damages.

Return product prepaid with proof of purchase and issue description. If confirmed defective, Speedex will repair, replace, or refund. Non-covered issues will be returned at customer’s cost.

Speedex Tools makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 2 years beginning on the date of purchase or order. An invoice as proof of purchase from Speedex Tools must be produced to claim this warranty.

This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or to lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental and contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our product.

All Knipex and Wera tools are covered under a “Limited” Lifetime Warranty.

This means that the warranty covers the lifetime of the tool – provided it has been used under the correct circumstances.

If your tool becomes defective due to manufacturing faults within the warranty period, you are eligible for a replacement or repair free of charge, as long as the tool has not been misused or abused.

If you need to return the tool, it will be subject to inspection. For example, if a plier has been misused as a hammer – it will not be covered by the warranty. However, if it is a genuine manufacturing fault, we will replace the tool for you.

WARRANTY IS AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ONLY

All tools are thoroughly inspected before leaving the factory. If there is any abnormality in the tool or any defect observed while using the tool, bring the tool to the nearest service centre for inspection. If there is any defect due to workmanship or defective material, the tool will be serviced at company's cost in the warranty period provided the tool is used as mentioned in the owner's manual.

The tool should be maintained and serviced as described in the manual. Failure of maintenance or the fault is due to wrong application, warranty will be void. Please read the manual carefully & familiarise before using the tool.

Warranty will not be applicable in the following cases:

• Failure to produce Invoice.
• Attempted to repair by any unauthorised person.
• Proper accessories are not used.
• The tool is abused, misused or improperly maintained.
• Any alterations have been made to the tool.
• Normal wear & tear items like Carbon brushes, Bearings, Worn-out gears, Oil, Grease, Plastic body, Battery, Battery charger, electronic controller, Electronic PCB, Heating Element, Switch, Air filter, Sparkplug etc., are not covered under warranty.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Main spare parts like armature & stator will not be considered more than once under warranty
• In no event shall Makita / NASCO be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages from the sale or use of the product.

Our warranty policy ensures that product is protected against any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship after the product is purchased from us or our Retailers.

The warranty period varies from one product category to another. The following table explains the warranty period applicable from the date of purchase.

Warranty will be void in the following cases:

• Misuse, wrong application or using wrong electrical connections (wherever applicable).
• The unit's body is broken due to mishandling or abuse.
• Unit is tried to be repaired by Un Authorized personnel.
• Normal wear & tear due to regular use of the unit over a period of time.
• A use of non-standard accessory with the unit.
• Consumables & Accessories like batteries, guns, lances, bulbs, hoses, cables, filters etc. are not covered in the warranty.
• If a unit is not maintained as per manufacturer's recommendation stated in instruction manual. We reserve the right to decide to either repair the product, replace it or offer a full refund.

In addition to any statutory rights resulting from the purchase, this product is covered by a Warranty as stated below.

1. The warranty period starts from the date when the product is first purchased. This date must be documented by an invoice or other proof of purchase.
2. The warranty covers all defects of the product during the warranty period due to defects in material or workmanship. The warranty is limited to repair and/or replacement and does not include any other obligations, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages. The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused, used contrary to the instruction manual, or been incorrectly connected.

This Warranty does not apply to:

• Any damage to the product that is the result of improper maintenance from the end user
• Any product that has been altered or modified
• Any product where original identification (e.g. trade mark, serial number) markings have been defaced, altered, or removed
• Any damage caused by non-observance of the instruction manual
• Any product which has been attempted to be repaired by a non-qualified professional or without prior authorization by Techtronic Industries
• Any product connected to improper power supply (amps, voltage, frequency)
• Any damage caused by external influences (water, chemical, physical, shocks) or foreign substances
• Normal wear and tear
• Inappropriate use and/or overloading of the tool
• Use of non-approved accessories or parts
• Power tool accessories provided with the tool or purchased separately, such as but not limited to screw driver bits, drill bits, abrasive discs, sand paper, blades and lateral guide
• Components (parts and accessories) subject to natural wear and tear, including but not limited to service & maintenance kits, carbon brushes, bearings, chuck, SDS drill bit attachment or reception, power cord, auxiliary handle, transport carry case, sanding plate, dust bag, dust exhaust tube, impact wrench pins & springs, bump knobs, drive belts, clutch, harness, cable throttle, tines, felt washers, hitch pins, blower fans, blower and vacuum tubes, vacuum bag and straps, saw chains, hoses, connector fittings, spray nozzles, wheels, inner reels, outer spools, cutting lines, spark plugs, air filters, gas filters, mulching blades etc.

1. For servicing, the product must be sent or presented to an authorized service station. When sending a product to a service station, the product should be safely packed without any dangerous contents, marked with sender’s address and accompanied by a short description of the fault.
2. A repair/replacement under this warranty is free of charge. It does not constitute an extension or a new start of the warranty period. Exchanged parts or tools become the property of Techtronic Industries. In some countries, delivery charges or postage will have to be paid by the sender.

Warranty Types and Policy:

• Factory Warranty: Applicable to all Milwaukee corded, MX FUEL™ tools and personal lighting. Tools are covered under warranty for a period of 1 year against manufacturing defects. Please refer to above general warranty conditions.
• Milwaukee Complete Care: Applicable to all Milwaukee M12 & M18 cordless tools and lights. Tools, chargers, and batteries are covered under warranty for a period of 1+1 years against manufacturing defects. Please refer to above general warranty conditions.

Warranty Details:

• Warranty covers manufacturing faults only. It does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of the product by the consumer.
• Manufacturing warranty starts from the date of our invoice.

Warranty for SLA Batteries:

Terminator Taiwan batteries are free of defects in material and workmanship except those incurred by individual causes, natural disasters, improper connections, and operations or transport or stowage, force majeures, and over discharge, etc.

Item Category-wise Warranty Details:

‘Central Motors and Equipment LLC’ warranties that all BOSCH power tools purchased through ‘Central Motors & Equipment LLC’ or any of its authorized/registered dealers, shall be covered under warranty, against manufacturing defects, if any, for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase, upon presenting copy of proof of purchase.

To the extent permitted by law, any warranty or condition implied by law, warranty obligation shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts, without charge.

Warranty shall be nullified, void and non-applicable in case of:

• Any misuse, overload or fault from the user/customer.
• Any repair attempted by any Service Station other than ‘Central Motors & Equipment LLC’.
• Any non-genuine parts found in the tool.
• Normal wear & tear components (e.g., Carbon brushes/O-rings etc.) and consumables like grease etc.

The relevant power tool must be deposited at ‘Central Motors & Equipment LLC’ or to one of its authorized ‘Collection Points’ accompanied by an original invoice. If any artificial invoice submitted for warranty claim than customer account will be blocked for any future dealings without prejudice to any legal rights the Company may have.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO CONSUMABLES, SUCH AS CARBON BRUSHES AND ACCESSORY ITEMS SUCH AS CIRCULAR SAW BLADES, DRILL BITS, ROUTER BITS, JIGSAW BLADES, SANDING BELTS, GRINDING WHEELS AND OTHER RELATED ITEMS

Terms and Conditions:

• Warranty is valid for only 1 year period starting from the date of purchase.
• Customer must present purchase invoice copy generated by CM&E or its authorized dealers, for Warranty claim.
• Wear and Tear repairs are subject to cost.
• Accessories will not be covered under warranty.
• Warranty only subjects to manufacturing defects.
• No claim for warranty would be preceded if there is a sign of misuse, overload or fault from the customer (Use of non-genuine SKU’s) in usage.
• No claim for warranty would be processed if tool is received in open condition.
• Customer account will be blocked if any artificial invoice being submitted by customer to claim warranty.

Warranty Conditions

If a Black & Decker product becomes defective due to faulty material or workmanship within 2 years of purchase, we guarantee to carry out repairs Free of Charge subject to the following conditions:

1. The product has not been used for Trade or professional purposes.
2. The product has not been misused or abused.
3. Repairs have not been attempted by any unauthorized personnel.
4. Parts failure due to excessive wear & tear.
5. Consumable parts like carbon brushes, bearings, chucks, blades & jars etc... are not covered.
6. A valid proof of purchase is provided.
7. Accessories and attachments like hose, nozzle, handle, extension etc. are not covered.

Conditions of Repair

Tools are only accepted for repair on the following conditions:

1. Free of charge (FOC):
   All FOC claims must be accompanied by either purchase invoice or warranty card. Note: All claims for FOC work must be made prior to repairs being started.
2. Quotations:
   Quotations will be given only if estimated repair charges exceed 40% of the current list price.
3. Collection:
   The tool receipt must be produced when collecting repairs.
4. Retention:
   Tool will be retained for a maximum of 2 months after which Black & Decker reserves the right to dispose of the tool without any liability.
5. Warranty:
   All repairs are warranted for one month against defects in material and labor.
