You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item that meets our return policy.

• Returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, such as your receipt or tax invoice.
• The returned item(s) must be in good and unused condition, in their original sealed packaging, and include all paperwork, parts and accessories supplied with the item.
• Cash or payment refunds will not be provided.
• For approved returns, a Speedex Credit Note will be issued for the eligible value of the returned item(s).
• The Credit Note will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used toward future purchases from Speedex.

The following products and services are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Special order or customized items, including paint, products sold per metre and cut timber.
• Damaged or used items that are no longer in a sellable condition.
• Installed or assembled items, except where the item is confirmed to be faulty.
• Delivery charges, except in cases where the item delivered is faulty or incorrect.

You can return eligible item(s) to your nearest Speedex store along with the original proof of purchase. All returned items will be subject to inspection and approval in accordance with the Speedex Returns & Exchanges Policy.

If you notice visible damage to an item at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately by calling 04-3391929 or WhatsApp us at +971 52 445 5300.

If you discover that an item is damaged or defective after opening the package, please return it to your nearest Speedex store as soon as possible for inspection and assistance.

Yes, eligible promotional or bundled items may be returned subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. However, you must also return any free, complimentary or discounted products supplied as part of the original promotion or bundle.

Partial returns or partial Credit Notes for promotional bundles may not be permitted where the promotional value was based on purchasing the complete bundle.

For all approved returns, no cash, debit card, credit card or other payment-method refund will be provided. Instead, you will receive a Speedex Credit Note for the approved return value.

The Credit Note will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue and may be used toward eligible future purchases from Speedex.

No. Regardless of the original payment method, approved returns will not be refunded to the original payment method. A Speedex Credit Note will be issued instead, subject to the applicable Returns & Exchanges Policy.
